    Collaborate, Elevate, Celebrate – Meditation Mutha

    It’s hard to believe I’ve been leading yoga retreats for over 15 years. When I first began, I poured every ounce of my heart and energy into creating those experiences. Every detail, every schedule, every bit of magic came solely from me. And while it was deeply rewarding, I eventually realized that when we collaborate, we elevate the entire experience.

    Over the years, I’ve had the joy of inviting guest speakers, presenters, and friends to share their gifts. Each time, the retreat blossomed into something richer with new flavors, fresh perspectives, and energy that expanded what I could have imagined alone. These collaborations have been a reminder that when we come together, the experience multiplies exponentially because of the collective energy.

    That’s why I’m so excited about my upcoming Savor the Day Retreat in October. This time, I get to partner with my dear friend Laura Wall.
