Description
A Ritual for Releasing Inherited Emotional Labor
Saturday, February 7 | 3–7 PM | Women Only
If you’ve ever hesitated before saying what you need, because you’re tired of managing how it will land, this night is for you.
You’re Not Broken — You’re Carrying Too Much
Many women arrive in this time in their lives exhausted from constantly tracking, adjusting, softening, and anticipating.
You’ve learned how to be thoughtful. You’ve learned how to be kind. You’ve learned how to communicate. And still… something feels heavy.
That heaviness isn’t personal failure. It’s the weight of inherited emotional labor passed down, normalized, and rarely named.
Why This Still Feels So Hard
Women have changed quickly. Relationships have not. Therefore, many women now carry both self-awareness and responsibility for connection in their relationships. So even in loving relationships, something feels uneven. It makes sense that you’re tired. Nothing is wrong with you.
What This Night Is
This is a carefully held, women-only experience designed to let the body release what it has been managing for years.
There will be:
- guided somatic release
- a simple, symbolic ritual
- spaciousness, warmth, and relief
- a room full of women who understand without explanation
You can participate as much or as little as feels right.
You Do Not Need to Be Partnered to Benefit
This night is for:
- women in long-term partnerships who feel overextended
- single women who want to enter future relationships without carrying old patterns
- women who sense they’re ready for something healthier in their relationship but don’t know how to let go of what’s familiar
If you’ve ever thought:
- “I don’t want to leave, but I can’t keep doing this.”
- “I want to be met, not managed.”
You belong here!
Why Valentine’s Week?
Because this season amplifies what many women already feel. Valentine’s Day highlights romance and connection, but rarely acknowledges the unseen labor that sustains them.
This gathering offers something different: a pause, a release, and a reset without pressure or performance.
What We’re Releasing
The invisible rules that taught women to over-function in love. We’re not burning bridges. We’re releasing burdens.
This evening is not about fixing or pushing.
It’s about allowing what’s been held to soften.
